Brush twice daily with a fluoridated toothpaste for two minutes
Floss at least once a day
Eat nutritious fibre-rich food
Drink sufficient amount of water
Dont snack frequently
Limit consumption of processed food, sugar and acidic drinks
Breathe through nose not through your mouth (causes dry mouth which increases cavities in teeth)
Rinse mouth after eating
Consider application of fluoride varnish if you are prone to cavities
Visit your dentist ever six months
