  1. What is dermatology?

Any kind of skin, hair or nail disease can be treated in our setup. Some of the few common conditions are- ACNE, ECZEMA, DERMATITIS, ALLERGIES, BLACKHEADS, DARK SPOTS, TANNING, DRY SKIN, etc.

Hair loss can affect your scalp or even maybe your entire body. It can be caused due to hereditary conditions, medications, hormonal changes, or any kind of medical conditions. There are few ways by which the problem of hair fall can be treated like PRP, HAIR TRANSPALT, LASER THERAPY and PROPER MEDICATION TO STOP HAIRFALL.

 

  1. What are the treatments for acne?

Acne and adult acne are treatable conditions. Mild acne requires only some surface treatment whereas moderate or severe acne requires both surface treatment and oral antibiotics.

 

  1. Why is it important to look after the skin?

As u know your skin will be with you for your whole life so it is Important to take good care of it and ensure its fit. If there is any problem in your body it will reflect on your appearance.   1. If I get a pimple, should I pop it?

No, never, pooping or squeezing a pimple will only worsen the site of infection causing it to spread to other areas and it might even result in scarring. Always use an anti-acne cream who are prone to getting acne.

 

  1. Any advices for skin care?

It is very important to look after the skin because it’s the only one you have got. Your skin works on your behalf in protecting you from external elements, disease and infections so few advises must be followed to protect your skin  keep it healthy like-

  • Healthy diet
  • Sun protection
  • Drink lots of water and fluids.
  • Plenty of sleep
  • Skin care routine to be followed.
  • If possible have a lifestyle change if your skin is affected by the present one.

 

  1. How will you diagnose if I have a skin condition?

There are a series of tests that can be done for the assessment of your skin problems. Your GP or your DERMATOLOGIST will perform these ranges of tests,

  • Skin biopsy
  • Blood test
  • MRI/CT scan
  • Allergy test
  • Swab from the infected area
  • And the most important physical examination of your skin complaint.
